The Global Threats section outlines three organizations that have global presence across Khorvaire: The Aurum (heroic tier), The Chamber (paragon tier) and The Lords of Dust (epic tier)
I've never seen such stupid attempts/designs trying to destroy the previous thrilling mysteries, all of which could have great potential to have important roles in every aspect.
Aurum Heroic? Chamber Paragon? Come on! Even if the 60+ CR of these lords are just a number in 3R at least they hold their dignities. Now they are completely just another piece of loot for the players. Not to mention so many good NPCs like Lady Vol. And the gods. And the demons. And the devils.
Give me back Avatars!

Aurum Heroic和 Chamber Paragon我觉得没问题啊，除却领袖阶层不算，一般成员的等级确实只有那个程度么。金权会就是靠人多势众，真正强者都不会被简单地收买的。秘阁的青年龙类也就那个水平，考虑到艾伯伦普遍等级不高，满是Paragon的组织已经很强了。

那种背后一堆黑幕的我觉得丢到Epic都合适...
Chamber不一定是青年龙的...
EB等级不高是3R时代的谣传, 而且也仅限3R...4E一堆人物(CR上)提高了不止一档...

其实按3R的EPIC来看的话，尘主确实是EPIC，但4E的EPIC实在是太弱了，搞得尘主都没有尊严。
最恶心的是古代魔神这东西，就只有LV34而已么……

这些家伙就不需要自己有多能战.重要的是一挥手就有数万小弟向PC扑过去.
CR低怕什么...拿军队淹没敌人

不是啊，你看3R的知识魔神姐姐有CR42还是多少，如果BUILD好一些就连EPIC人物都无法战过啊。
另外发现了有趣的事了。4E里面提到Shadow in the Flame被谣传为the Shadow，3R里面有谣传Aureon是第一个发现神龙语言的龙，而Aureon和the Shadow被传为兄弟。传言虽然不尽属实，但似乎能编出很有趣的故事喔。

你要这么想，虽然4E的epic怪物比3R的弱多了，但4E的epic pc也比3R的弱多了……所以整体实力对比还是差不多的

Chamber成员书上上给的是个19的成年龙吧,我觉得也算很可以了.
吸血鬼国王.蒙丹不也就那样了.

我最不满的是3R那么多的攻击方式到了4E却变成寥寥几招...
另外4E的19到了3R给19擦鞋都不配.

把魔法武器和7級以上的法術就 禁掉 就會很配了
