Echoing Weapon威能里没写伤害是extra，那到底该怎么算伤害呢？取代原来的？

Echoing Weapon  Bard Attack 3
You place your hand on the weapon, and it beains to  rumble
quietly,  as thouah a boomina thunderhead is contained within.
Encounter + Arcane, Thunder
Minor Action  Melee 1
Target: One weapon
Effect: Until the end of  your next turn, the next weapon
attack made with the target weapon deals 2d6 thunder
damage to one target of  the attack, regardless of whether
the attack hits or misses.

如果是指简单的附加的武器攻击上，应该是比较符合3级遭遇的水准的，可是威能的描述貌似指的是代替武器伤害。

我看官网论坛上很多人说这是个独立伤害，还可以附加上不依靠命中的伤害加值，像是专长加值、增强加值、物品价值等

我觉得符合规则，但与一般3级遭遇威能比略强。
