5E是取消了固化法术吗？

想请教一下5E从出来到现在都放弃了给自身固化魔法效果了是吗？
感觉一下比3R嗯......简洁了很多的样子

固化是啥，我只知道恒定。
有的法术连续施展n天就会永久化。

固化法术这个规则没了, 但是个别法术会有永久化的效果, 但那是个例.
