Another "guy who thinks human brains function like game consoles" example.
Every 6 weeks on average doesn't mean it can't happen after 3 weeks. v=3=v
Okay, let's see:
1) Str/Dex/Con/Wis/Int... Removing Cha doesn't mean you ain't copying DnD. Not to mention the 18...
2) Combat in seconds.... Yeah, you're serious. Ooooooookay...
3) Human-beings ain't great at processing multiplications and fractions.
4) Having a modifier based on facing, means you have to redo the whole modifier once each enemy you faced, once every round. Are you trying to do a 1v1 only game or did you just never play before?
5) Okay so you pretty much have to gonna recalculate final modifier before every single roll...

Yeah, I give up.
Look, when people do this, most are not so obviously "never played any TRPG before and just read a little of the 3E GM book" as you are. Cause this is pretty much the 101 of "all the dumb crap people pull when they made their first system" all in one go.
At least hide that better before your next try? !!!!!=_=\
PS:
I thought people have been using the "1 hit = 1 flurry of blows" for decades. I mean even back in 2005 people have dropped that tag-fight idea for spicier effects...
