惊了。先抱歉。这么看原文并没有提到什么放到背上，先承认一波错误。
不过这里我又有一个问题，和这个话题有关。
1. 正常的盾牌，BAB至少有1时，可以使用“和移动动作同时进行的的自由动作”准备或卸下任何盾牌。与此同时，取出盾牌需要一个移动动作。

准备或卸下盾牌：将盾牌在你的前臂上装紧握住，你才能获得盾牌给予的AC加值，你也可以将盾牌卸下抛掉，以空出一只手来进行其他行动。如果你的BAB为+1或更高，你也可以在进行移动的同时以一个自由动作准备或卸下盾牌。取下（但不装备）盾牌是一个自由动作。

是在“快速装卸轻钢盾（Light Steel Quickdraw Shield）”的描述里面才提到，如果人物拥有即时备战的特殊判定

快掷这个我记得是解释为你飞盾攻击不需要花费额外的动作，但攻击行为本身包含在攻击动作或全轮攻击的动作里面

哈哈不清楚。这个我觉得是一个显而易见的BUG。
我目前看到的有些是这样判定的。
1. 这种判定首先确定人物总共能攻击的次数是根据BAB走的，比如BAB6的时候，可以+6攻击一次+1攻击另一次。但是这两次攻击可以用不同的武器。所以飞盾攻击可能会消耗一次攻击数量。
2. 简单的认为快掷就是自由动作把盾牌拆卸下来。这样盾牌还在手上，只是处于（未装备）的状态。这样攻击还是单独按照攻击算
