Why your scenario is not realistic? It require so much effort that an average DM would never be able to achieve. You will say they only needs to download an adventure thus makes it easier to DM a game, but it is not true. The fun of being a DM is all about telling a story, you own special story, it may be inspired by others but it must be modified by that DM. Also, who will make your DLC fully equip

方便DM自己写啊，储存在云端，其实也类似P站和G站。。别人爱分享，不收钱，那你随便用。。别人要收钱的话，也有人去按照一定标准审核，WAR3地图编辑器也圆不少人的写游戏梦吧

你大可以用模组记录数据什么的，电子辅助只当笔记用，不过你再也不用带着那个纸模组到处跑而已，你也可以随时查找怪物来用
